From the iconic twin peaks of the Pitons to the tropical rain forest to the wide white beaches, St Lucia’s main draw is its natural beauty.
When the owner of these three properties in St Lucia wanted to build his dream, he sought out Flora Di Menna to pull together the necessary team to make that vision a reality. (clarify – was this one client for all three?). Di Menna’s main objective was to capitalize on that beauty, by creating designs sensitive to the landscape and allowing for seamless movement and enjoyment between indoors and out.
Scouring the globe for the right people, she hired structural engineer Warrick Weber from New Zealand, California architect Paul McClean and an assortment of contractors, engineers, and landscape designers to create a complete package.
